FEATURES: SmartCommerce is said to be the
"first and only" solution in the U.S. that links a
brand's digital touchpoints with retailer shopping carts in a single click. Some processes
in the field can require as many as five clicks
between intent and cart.
BENEFITS: As more CPG shoppers gravitate to
online options, frictionless solutions will be essential. In a recent trial, a snack food company
is said to have driven 20,000 products into
carts from a single social media ad.
FEATURES: The "Gift With Purchase" (GWP)
program operates in retail stores. The company
launched a Cracker Barrel GWP program with
Kroger stores, including a display and lenticular
fireplace that offered shoppers a deck of cards
free with purchase of a gift card.
BENEFITS: Cracker Barrel had Tracer's freestanding displays inside 1,800 Kroger stores
during the holidays (November 2016-March 2017).
