FEATURES: The "Retail Attachment Scorecard" tracks
customers' attachments to
retailers. A behavioral shopping
model based on emotional attachment was developed from
insights gained from a shopper
study by the agency. The study
identifies more than 100 experiences, eight purchase outcomes and seven shopping behaviors.
BENEFITS: The agency partners with retailers to produce the Retail Attachment
Scorecard. The Scorecard can be used to develop plans and ideas to track and
improve those scores to build attachment and sales, including developing and
delivering experiences based on shoppers' wants and needs.
FEATURES: The company will be showing its
new proprietary "FlyVision" technology that
is used in custom displays. It allows a real
product to float inside of a display without
any visible attachments.
BENEFITS: Pictures can't do this special
effect justice; you have to see it demoed to
fully appreciate its stopping power. People
do gather around it trying to figure out how
it works. Each display using FlyVision is custom designed to best utilize the technology.
