Sara Sabin was named director of category
and shopper marketing. Sabin leads
the management and execution of the
strategic vision for national, category and
shopper strategies. Prior to The Happy
Egg Co., Sabin was director of shopper
marketing for Diamond Foods Inc.
Kimberly-Clark, Irving, Texas
Michael Hsu was promoted to president
and chief operating officer, responsible
for day-to-day operations of the
company's business units as well as the
global innovation, marketing and supply
chain functions. He previously served as
president of North American consumer
Mondelez International, Deerfield, Illinois
Bob Rupczynski, former Kraft Heinz vice
president of media, data and CRM, was
named vice president, head of global
media and digital. Jeff Jarrett was
named vice president, global head of
e-commerce, a role he formerly held at
Meijer, Grand Rapids, Michigan
Meijer president Rick Keyes will take on
the additional title of chief executive
officer in 2017, marking the first time since
the company's founding in 1934 that

someone outside the Meijer family has
held the position. Current CEO Hank Meijer
will become executive chairman of the
mass merchant's board of directors.
Office Depot, Boca Raton, Florida
Office Depot president of North American
operations Mark Cosby left the company
after two years. He oversaw Office Depot's
North American retail, contract sales,
e-commerce, merchandising, marketing,
real estate and supply chain functions.
Office Depot's board of directors is
currently working with an executive search
firm to find a new CEO.
Save Mart Cos., Modesto, California
Nicole Pesco was promoted to chief
executive officer. Most recently Pesco
served as chief strategy and branding
officer and was one of three co-presidents.
Her father, the late Bob Piccinini,
previously was CEO.
Shekar Natarajan, former vice president
of last mile operations, emerging sciences
and operational excellence at Walmart,
was named senior vice president, network
planning and operational design. In the
newly created role, Natarajan will oversee
the design of the chain's direct-to-store
and direct-to-guest supply chain network,
as well as the use of new automation and
other technologies to enhance speed,
accuracy and efficiency.
