* Not one digital person responded "effectively drives in-store sales" or "is nothing more than a
revenue generator for retailers" despite more than 15% answering each overall. A different view of
things, for sure.
* We didn't have room for the breakouts on the question about which touchpoints are most important,
but 86% of the digital respondents selected "retailer websites," compared to 33% overall. And,
"your brand websites/apps" (14%) was the only other answer from the digital respondents. Overall,
57.4% chose something other than those two answers.
