Notice that Target and Best Buy have garnered the attention from our respondents in both areas. We have to point out that the list of retailers to rate wasn't the same for both of these questions. We did ask that respondents only answer for those retailers with which they've worked in the last year. In terms of the customer experience it provides in-store, Walmart was rated far down the list. Interestingly, where retailtainment at Walmart is concerned, 43.5% of respondents said they "go along to get along."
