Mobile Engagement in Stores

As part of 7-Eleven's in-store campaign tying in to the May 18 theatrical release of 20th Century Fox's "Deadpool 2,"
the retailer encouraged 7Rewards loyalty program members to scan special codes found on signs such as this header
card to "unleash Deadpool" with their phones. By scanning the codes using the retailer's mobile application, shoppers
could unlock special filters such as a selfie with Deadpool drinking a Slurpee.

Rich Products' SeaPak invited Walmart
shoppers to send a text to receive details on an offer dangling a movie, game,
music or flowers with purchase of two
participating products from Feb. 15 to
April 11. A violator in the wine aisle promoted the incentive under a "sip back
and relax" message while depicting a
SeaPak dish alongside a bottle of Clos
du Bois chardonnay.

McCormick & Co.'s French's joined the flagship brands of Campbell Soup Co. and Del
Monte Foods to invite Walmart shoppers
to use their phones to access recipes offering
variations on the traditional green bean casserole dish. A "Holiday Favorites with a Twist"
shelf talker depicting four types of casseroles
and a mobile phone icon directed shoppers
to a dedicated Walmart.com landing page.
